Arbor Operations has ceased trading, and Ecological Tree Services has acquired the business’s name and contact details as part of the liquidation process. We’re not the same business, but we’re keen to introduce ourselves and explore how we might support your tree maintenance needs going forward.

Why did I receive an email from Ecological Tree Services?

As part of Arbor Operations’ liquidation, Ecological Tree Services acquired the business’s digital assets, including client contact details, so we’re reaching out directly to introduce ourselves.

Is this the same company as Arbor Operations?

No. We’re a different business with a different team, and we respectfully acknowledge Arbor Operations’ closure. That said, we’re well matched in both skill and equipment, and well placed to support the same kind of work.

I have an existing contract or service agreement with Arbor Operations. Does it still apply?

We can’t guarantee existing agreements carry over, as there are a number of variables involved. However, we’d welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs, budget, and desired outcomes, and find the best way to support you going forward.

Will our pricing or invoicing change?

Our work is quoted on a job-by-job basis, as is standard in our industry. If you have an existing agreement in place, we’re happy to discuss how we can accommodate it.

Is Ecological Tree Services appropriately licensed, insured, and accredited for government/school-site work?

Absolutely. Our team includes qualified AQF Level 3 and AQF Level 5 arborists, and we’re members of the Queensland Arboriculture Association and Arboriculture Australia. We’re large enough to meet compliance requirements and take on jobs of all sizes, while remaining hands-on and agile as a family business.

What if we’ve already found a new provider?

No problem at all! We wish you all the best with your tree care going forward.

How do we get started with Ecological Tree Services?

We’d love to assist with your arboriculture needs. Our Managing Director, Alex Carter, will personally oversee the transition and project needs for any former Arbor Operations clients. Whether that starts with a conversation or a site visit, we’re ready when you are.
